This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.
The OpportunityAs Junior Consultant (Senior Coordinator), Support - Broadcast Management, you will provide active technical support to users of Radio-Canada broadcast management applications by working alongside dynamic project teams and the Expertise Centre. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding recurring problems that are part of the business framework.
You must analyze and understand the various technical issues experienced by users, contacting them personally as needed. You will work with both developers and teams in Business Technology Solutions teams to resolve more complex issues.
You will draft documentation required for troubleshooting and for training first-level support staff.

Asour new Junior Consultant, you will:
- Analyze, solve and resolve various and complex technological problems.
- Analyze and evaluate tools and work methodologies in order to make recommendations to optimize them.
- Develop and implement different tools, processes and optimized work methodology.
- Implement and coordinate special projects (ex: updating work method for a station).
- Train support staff and super users.
