You will be instrumental in analyzing complex operational data, identifying trends, developing performance metrics, and recommending strategic improvements to flight planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Analyze large datasets related to flight performance, fuel consumption, on-time performance, and operational costs.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with flight operations, planning, and network teams to implement data-driven strategies for route optimization and resource allocation.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into operational anomalies, irregular operations, and safety incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures.
• Utilize advanced statistical and analytical tools to model operational scenarios and forecast future performance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flight operations analysis, airline analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and performance management within the aviation industry.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of airline operations, flight planning, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote role.
