- Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for digital transformation projects.

- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for complex digital projects .
- Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and secure buy-in.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and processes, ensuring successful integration and change management.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital initiatives in a fully remote environment.
- Expertise in Agile, Lean, and change management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies, data analytics, and modern software development practices.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
