About the Role
Our client is looking for an accomplished Principal Management Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives for clients, working entirely remotely. In this pivotal role, you will guide organizations through the complexities of digital strategy, technology adoption, and process re-engineering to achieve significant competitive advantages. You will be at the forefront of innovation, helping businesses harness the power of emerging technologies to transform their operations and customer experiences.
This position is based remotely but serves clients in the Rustenburg area and nationally, requiring extensive experience in leading complex, large-scale transformation projects and a passion for driving digital change.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies for clients.
- Lead the assessment of current digital capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Manage the implementation of new digital technologies, platforms, and processes.
- Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and guide them through the change process.
- Master's degree or PhD in Information Technology, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Over 10 years of experience in digital strategy, IT consulting, or technology leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, cloud architectures, and agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a remote setting.
