About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Remote Network Installation Specialist to join their globally distributed team, supporting clients across various locations from the comfort of their home office. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless setup and configuration of network infrastructure for our diverse clientele. You will leverage your expertise to guide customers through installation processes, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure optimal network performance.

- Provide remote guidance and support for the installation and configuration of network hardware and software.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues for clients using remote diagnostic tools.
- Assist customers with the setup of routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Document all installation procedures, troubleshooting steps, and client interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex technical challenges and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices to provide informed support.
- Proven experience as a Network Technician , Network Engineer, or in a similar role with a focus on installation and support.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), hardware (routers, switches), and wireless technologies.
- Proficiency in using remote access and network diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide non-technical users.
- Must be able to work effectively from a remote location with reliable internet access.
