You will be instrumental in monitoring network health, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing proactive solutions to prevent disruptions.

- Monitor network infrastructure performance and availability 24/7 using advanced monitoring tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents and problems efficiently.
- Implement network configuration changes and upgrades according to established procedures.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support for critical network events.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, procedures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve network reliability and reduce recurring issues within the telecoms network .
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in network operations or a similar network support role.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing (BGP, OSPF), and switching concepts.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Solar Winds).
- Experience with command-line interfaces for routers and switches from major vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting .
