About the Role

- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies, guidelines, and best practices.

- Advise product and engineering teams on ethical considerations throughout the AI development lifecycle.
- Monitor AI systems for fairness, bias, and unintended consequences, recommending corrective actions.
- Stay informed about global regulations, standards, and public discourse on AI ethics and governance.
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on AI ethics.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks or ethical AI strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, potential societal impacts, and regulatory landscapes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
