Data Analyst
Location - Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire with hybrid working depending on business needs, Join our Data, Digital & Insight Graduate Scheme and start your career in a business that's investing in digital capability, customer insight and data-led decision making. You'll learn how data, customer journeys and digital experiences help shape decisions and support better outcomes across the business.
You'll complete rotations across different Data and Digital teams, including digital product, digital insight, customer analytics, data engineering, data management and data quality. You'll work with experienced colleagues and see how data and digital innovation can improve customer experiences, business performance and strategic decision making. We're looking for curious graduates who enjoy solving problems, analysing information and turning insight into action.
Whether you're exploring customer behaviour, improving digital journeys or supporting future digital solutions, you'll help us deliver great experiences for our customers and colleagues. You'll be based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, with hybrid working depending on business needs. Regular office time will help you collaborate with your team and learn from experienced colleagues. Please note this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship as it does not fulfil the criteria set by the Home Office.
This is a three-year programme. Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, permission to work in the UK in a way that enables them to undertake the role and complete the programme. - Working across Data and Digital teams, helping turn customer insight and digital ideas into practical business improvements.
- Exploring areas such as customer analytics, digital product, data management, data quality and digital insight.
- Supporting digital product activity, working with colleagues across the business and technology teams.
- Reviewing customer journeys and digital experiences to identify ways to improve online interactions.
- Building your confidence with data, using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics and Microsoft Azure.
- Communicating insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Developing your career through varied rotations, professional development, mentoring and graduate support.
Alongside your placements, you'll have access to professional development opportunities and training in areas such as Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL and Microsoft Azure, helping you build the skills needed for a successful career in Data and Digital. We'll support your career development throughout the scheme with a structured plan, performance reviews twice a year, and the potential for competitive salary increases and progression.
ApplicationProcess
If your application is shortlisted, there are three stages:
1. Online assessment - to help us understand how you learn and solve problems.
2. Video interview - a short interview to learn more about you. 3. Assessment centre - an in-person day where you'll take part in activities such as a group exercise, a role-specific task and a skills-based interview. The assessment centre will be held on 27th November at our Head Office in Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire.
This scheme is designed to help you strengthen your analytical, digital and professional skills while building a broad understanding of key Data and Digital disciplines. By the end of the programme, you'll be a well-rounded Data and Digital professional, with experience across multiple specialisms and a strong understanding of how data, customer insight and digital experiences support business success. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues, a dedicated buddy and a mentor who will help you maximise your development and career opportunities.
You'll also be part of a strong graduate community, with opportunities to connect with current and former graduates, build your network and learn from others on similar schemes. As you come towards the end of the scheme, a careers coach will help you think about your next role and plan your next steps. It's not all about work either.
