Position: Senior UX Designer with Remote Flexibility
Join an Edmonton client as a Senior UX Designer, working fully remotely across Canada. Lead human-centered design initiatives that enhance digital services and public accessibility.

This initial 12-month contract focuses on transforming user experiences across enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365. You'll conduct user research, create service blueprints, and design accessible interfaces that cater to diverse user needs. Collaborate within an agile environment with product managers and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design initiatives for public-facing web platforms

• Organize user research, testing, and workshops

• Create detailed service blueprints and user journey maps

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture

• Maintain accessibility standards throughout the design process

Requirements:

• Proven senior UX or Service Designer experience

• Proficiency in wire framing, prototyping, and mapping tools

• Strong expertise in user research and evaluation methods

• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards

• Experience in Agile teams and Microsoft Dynamics 365
