The Role
We are looking for a highly strategic, data-driven

Social Media Manager
based in the Philippines to own our organic social presence. Because Datachi sells to sales professionals and Rev Ops leaders,  Linked In is our ultimate growth lever.

In this role, you will be the architect of our Linked In ecosystem. You will not only manage the Datachi company page but also drive our  founder-led  and  team-led  growth by ghostwriting for executives, sparking industry conversations, and turning complex AI concepts into compelling, scroll-stopping content.

What You'll Do
Linked In-First Strategy:  Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy with a 90% focus on Linked In, driving inbound demand, pipeline generation, and brand authority for Datachi.
Executive Ghostwriting & Advocacy:  Act as the voice behind our leadership team. Interview founders and top sales reps to extract their insights, transforming them into authentic, high-performing personal Linked In posts.
Content Engine Creation:  Write punchy, engaging copy and produce dynamic visual assets (text posts, native carousels, infographics, and short-form video clips) that resonate with B2B tech buyers.
Community Engagement:  Proactively engage with our target audience, industry influencers, and customers. Monitor social listening channels to insert Datachi into relevant conversations about AI and sales tech.
Analytics & Iteration:  Track key performance indicators (follower growth, engagement rate, click-through rate, and pipeline generated). Use data to decode algorithm changes and continuously optimize our posting strategy.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

3+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B brand, with a proven track record of scaling Linked In accounts (SaaS or AI technology experience is highly preferred).
Linked In Mastery:  Deep, native understanding of the Linked In algorithm, the creator economy, SSI (Social Selling Index) scores, and what drives real B2B engagement versus vanity metrics.
Exceptional Copywriting:  Flawless written English with the ability to write hooks that stop the scroll and adapt to a brand voice that is smart, authoritative, yet approachable.
Visual Eye:  Proficiency in tools like Canva or Figma to whip up quick, professional graphics and carousels.
Self-Starter Mentality:  Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, proactively pitching ideas rather than waiting for instructions.
