Telecom Data Analyst

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Telecom Data Analyst to join their team in Stellenbosch . This hybrid role involves leveraging vast amounts of data to derive actionable insights that inform business strategy, network performance, and customer experience improvements. You will work closely with various departments, including network operations, marketing, and customer service, to identify trends, optimize operations, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to network performance, customer usage, and market trends.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement within the data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Prepare findings and recommendations in clear, concise reports and presentations.
• Contribute to the development of data models and analytical methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
