Remote Senior Project Manager, Agile

• Lead Agile software development projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders across different locations.
• Identify and remove impediments, fostering a productive and self-organizing team environment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
• Provide coaching and mentorship on Agile practices to team members and stakeholders.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on Agile software development projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification (e.g., PSM, SAFe Agilist) is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing complex software projects using Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, particularly in remote settings.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
