Relativity is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex software and networked systems for a mix of technical and non-technical customers. You will interact frequently by phone and email and maintain records in Salesforce while meeting service levels.
The role supports multiple areas (not product-specific) with a 4x10-hour shift pattern (Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed, CST) and requires US citizenship with the possibility of obtaining a Public Trust
