Help financial-services organizations turn complex business challenges into practical Service Now solutions. Cadreforce is recruiting for a global technology services and consulting client seeking a presales leader who combines platform depth, advisory skills and a commercial perspective.
What you will do- Lead Service Now presales and solution development for banking, financial services and insurance opportunities, spanning enterprise functions and front-, middle- and back-office operations.
- Develop customer-specific solution strategies and value propositions; prepare and present responses to proposals and proactive opportunities.
- Build and manage an opportunity pipeline and work toward total contract value targets.
- Bring together customer-facing teams, technology specialists and delivery leaders to shape integrated solutions.
- Develop solution materials and success stories, advise strategic customers and participate in delivery governance.
- Collaborate with Service Now partner and field-sales teams on joint pursuits and customer engagement.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in the Service Now ecosystem and 2+ years in presales and solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the Service Now platform, greenfield and re-platforming implementations, and operating models such as managed service provider/direct and centralized/federated approaches.
- Extensive non-IT product experience such as HRSD, CSM, IRM, Sec Ops or FSO, alongside an ITxM background such as ITSM, ITOM or ITAM.
- Service Now certification and accreditation, with relevant consulting/advisory experience.
- Understanding of AI, generative AI and agentic AI architectures and use cases; familiarity with competing or adjacent enterprise products.
- Knowledge of SaaS offerings, business models and alliances; ability to collaborate across a matrix and an onshore/offshore model.
- Banking, financial services or insurance background.
- Additional depth across Service Now non-IT products, CMDB, Discovery, AIOps, ITAM or enterprise architecture.
- Strong Service Now consulting and advisory experience.
Full-time. Edison, New Jersey, hybrid. The hiring team will also consider candidates seeking remote work. Travel: approximately 25%.
Annual salary: $153,600–$237,200 USD.
An 8% bonus is identified in the recruiter's role brief; detailed eligibility and terms will be discussed during the process.
