About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Helpdesk Technician to join their hybrid IT support team in Nelspruit . You will be instrumental in providing essential technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and quick resolution of issues. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and excellent customer service skills to support users across the organization.

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist with user account management and software deployment.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the IT knowledge base.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff when necessary.

• Proven experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common software applications.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and basic IT infrastructure concepts.
