- Operate as a technical diagnostician embedded with customers, reading workflows and catching drift before escalation.
- Own technical health for accounts, connecting with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering.
- Build deep familiarity with each customer's implementation and roadmap.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the persistent technical partner for strategic accounts in close alignment with the CSM.
- Diagnose and guide customers on best practices for workflow design and configuration hygiene.
- Coordinate technical response during active fraud attacks, keeping all teams aligned.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as TAM or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong pattern recognition across APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data logs.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience running technical health reviews.
