Sr Data Scientist; Fully Remote

Role Overview:

• Lead technical support and advisory services for VHA AI Citizen Developers.
• Apply supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning to build predictive models for clinical and operational use cases.

Responsibilities:

• Develop synthetic data models and cohorts to ensure data privacy and enable robust model training.
• Architect data science workflows in AWS Gov Cloud or Azure Government, ensuring security compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate findings into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data science or machine learning, with healthcare domain expertise.
• Master's degree required;
  PhD preferred.
• Familiarity with federal data governance frameworks and VA preferred.
