Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for Manhattan WMS (Warehouse Management System) applications, including incident resolution, service request fulfillment, root cause analysis, and user support to ensure application stability and business continuity.
Deliver application support for Cognos SCI by troubleshooting issues, monitoring system performance, resolving user queries, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain service levels and system availability.
Assist in the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of Manhattan WMS environments across Development, QA, and Production, ensuring adherence to deployment standards, infrastructure requirements, and release schedules.
Support the planning, execution, validation, and post-deployment activities associated with weekly Cognos SCI releases across Development, QA, and Production environments, ensuring successful and seamless deployments.
Participate in the development, testing, and optimization of automation scripts and tools to streamline WMS environment builds, configuration management, and SDN installation processes, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Perform system validation, environment health checks, and deployment verification activities to ensure application reliability, performance, and compliance with established operational procedures.
Collaborate with application developers, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and support teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support ongoing platform improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, build guides, and operational runbooks to support knowledge sharing and consistent service delivery.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation, operational efficiency, and enhanced application support capabilities.
