• Rank solution fit to guide Sales investment and set up in-platform free trials with coaching.
• Answer technical questions and flag blockers early.

Customer Onboarding (First 60 Days):

• Run kick-off sessions and deliver contained onboarding within a strict two-month window.
• Provide light-touch integration guidance, directing customers to documentation and standard connectors.
• Conduct month-one and month-two check-in and coaching sessions using the digital academy.

Adoption and Migration at Scale:

• Deliver one-to-many activities such as webinars, workshops, and Cyber Digital Bootcamps.
• Support phased migration of Standard customers to Immersive One Core with repeatable content.
• Re-engage on expansion signals using the same light demo and trial-coaching motion.
