We're looking for a motivated Junior IT Specialist who is ready to grow their technology career while supporting a fast-moving organization.

This is not a role where you'll spend every day doing the exact same thing. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of IT, including technical support, cloud applications, user accounts, device management, business systems, websites, automation, security, vendor coordination, and technical projects.

You'll work closely with our Director of Technology while gradually taking ownership of routine support and technology operations. If you enjoy troubleshooting problems, learning new systems, using technology to make work more efficient, and figuring things out when the answer is not immediately obvious, this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a fully remote position. Candidates located in Texas or Oklahoma are preferred.

As a Junior IT Specialist you'll provide technology assistance across multiple organizations operating within healthcare and pharmacy environments. We support a number of state-of-the-art medical clinics called Revibe Health that offer treatment for a variety of men and women's health issues from hormone replacement therapy to weight loss. Revibe Health's goal is to improve the quality of life for their patients so that they can look and feel their best as they continue to age.

Additionally, as a Junior IT Specialist you'll support a rapidly expanding compounding pharmacy known as Dynamic Rx Labs that currently provides custom-medication to patients across 13 states and growing. Dynamic Rx Labs has grown exponentially in the past few years and this position will play a big role in helping the pharmacy continue to do so.

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys technology and likes figuring out why something isn’t working. You don’t need to know everything already. What matters most is that you can research unfamiliar problems, test possible solutions, communicate clearly, follow established procedures, and recognize when something should be escalated.
