- Maintain product and infrastructure health in a monitoring-focused environment.
- Investigate alerts and resolve or escalates incidents.
- Handle 150-250 alerts per shift using Grafana and Zabbix.
- Follow runbooks and support senior admins during incidents.
- Take ownership of primary duty shifts after onboarding.
- 2+ years in system administration or related technical roles.
- Strong Linux skills and experience with Zabbix, Grafana, and Jira.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and collaborate internationally.
- Fully remote, full-time work.
- 28 vacation days and 7 wellness days per year.
