Life Tutoring is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Operations Coordinator to join our fully remote team. This entry-level role helps manage online systems, digital workflows, and operational tools to ensure smooth daily operations.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while playing a key role in supporting the digital and operational backbone of our company.

• Assist in managing digital systems and online platforms used by the company
• Coordinate scheduling, task tracking, and project management tools
• Maintain and update internal databases, records, and digital files
• Support team members in using digital workflows efficiently
• Identify areas for process improvements in digital operations
• Assist with troubleshooting basic issues in digital tools
• Perform other operational or administrative tasks as needed

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using digital collaboration and project management tools (Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, or similar)
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior experience in digital operations or administrative support is a plus but not required
