Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years in management consulting or leadership roles focused on technology-enabled business transformations.
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing Customer Success or Consulting teams.
Compensation:
- Base pay of $148,400 - $231,900 per year, plus equity and variable incentives.
- Comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) match, and flexible time away.
Work Arrangement:
