Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy Service Now SAM module with integrations
• Define workflows and reporting requirements with stakeholders
• Establish software discovery and lifecycle management processes
• Integrate SAM with CMDB and procurement systems
• Document SAM processes and workflows for clarity
Requirements:
• Proven experience with configuring Service Now SAM
• Strong understanding of ITAM and SAM principles
• Familiarity with SCCM, Intune integrations
• Service Now certifications, preferably in SAM
• Knowledge of compliance and license models
