About the job Technical Project/Program Manager (Hybrid/Remote Eligible + Internship Eligible)BDAS seeks a Technical Program Manager to support delivery of R&D contracts spanning government (defense, ERDC, OT, NDC-track) and commercial engagements. You'll manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help translate technical work into compliant proposal deliverables.
Location: Boulder, CO (Hybrid/Remote-eligible)
Responsibilities
- Manage program timelines and deliverables across defense and commercial contracts
- Coordinate with teaming partners and subcontractors
- Track program risks, budgets, and milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with government contracting (DoD, OT agreements, NDC processes) a strong plus
- Strong written communication skills (proposal/technical writing)
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder technical programs
