Remote Senior Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Senior Project Manager to lead key digital transformation initiatives. • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks for initiatives involving software development, process automation, and new technology adoption.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among globally distributed team members and stakeholders using virtual tools.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including charters, plans, status reports, and post-mortem analyses.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Champion the adoption of new digital tools and processes across the organization.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on digital transformation and technology implementation.
• Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional projects in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
