Our client is looking for a certified and inspiring Remote Yoga Instructor to lead virtual yoga sessions for a global community. You will design and deliver engaging online classes across various yoga styles, fostering a sense of connection and well-being for participants from the comfort of their own homes. This role requires a strong online presence, excellent instructional abilities, and a passion for making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of location.
Your ability to create a calming and supportive virtual environment will be key to the success of this position, enabling participants to deepen their practice and enhance their overall wellness.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver live and pre-recorded online yoga classes through various digital platforms.
- Offer modifications and variations to poses to accommodate different skill levels and physical needs.
- Provide clear, concise verbal cues and demonstrations to guide participants effectively through sequences.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive online atmosphere that encourages mindfulness and self-awareness.
- Engage with students through online forums or Q&A sessions to answer questions and offer support.
- Maintain a professional online presence and ensure high-quality audio and video for all virtual sessions.
- Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200 or higher preferred).
- Proven experience teaching yoga, with a portfolio or examples of online classes.
- Proficiency with online conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and virtual teaching platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and safe alignment principles.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet space for conducting classes.
