You will collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects using agile methodologies.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product owners, and designers.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Track project progress, provide regular status reports to stakeholders, and manage change requests effectively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management , with a strong focus on software development projects.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) .
- PMP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a plus.
