- Provide remote technical support for issues related to servers, networks, desktops, and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently.
- Utilize ticketing systems to manage, track, and document support requests and resolutions.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or specialized teams with detailed problem descriptions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common IT infrastructure components.
- Proficiency with remote support tools and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
