Senior Agile Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to drive complex projects within their remote-first organization. This role is central to fostering agile practices, ensuring efficient project delivery, and enabling continuous improvement across development teams. You will be responsible for guiding teams through the agile development lifecycle, removing impediments, and facilitating effective collaboration. • Lead and coach agile teams in adopting and adhering to Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, track, and resolve project impediments and risks proactively.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding and practical application of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is required.

• Experience managing remote or distributed agile teams effectively.
