Helpdesk Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join their team in Stellenbosch , operating under a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, managing service requests, and maintaining system integrity. • Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for staff and clients.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base articles.

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware issues.
• Familiarity with IT support ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical terms clearly.
