Salesforce Business Administrator Job Oklahoma City Oklahoma USA,IT/Tech

We are seeking an experienced Business Solution Analyst to support a large and complex technical solution within a Salesforce development environment. The ideal candidate will have strong Business Analysis experience, hands-on experience supporting a State Benefits system, and experience working with Salesforce and Nintex Doc Gen. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between business/client stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate business needs into clearly defined requirements and supporting the analysis, validation, documentation, and resolution of application-related issues.

Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in IT related field.

At least five (5) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience working as a Business Solution Analyst, utilizing analytical methodologies and practices in support of IT projects.

At least three (3) years of experience providing Business Analyst support for a large, complex technical solution.

At least one (1) year of experience supporting a State Benefits system utilizing a Salesforce development environment using Nintex Doc Gen.

Served as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams.

Demonstrated strong communication skills to:
Gather business and technical requirements;
Document and analyze requirements;
Validate requirements and proposed solutions;
Perform data analysis;
Identify, analyze, and address application problems and issues related to Salesforce applications.

Documentation - Collaborated with business and IT stakeholders to develop and maintain process and application documentation for Salesforce applications, including:
Use cases, applications,. Detailed solution/design documentation, Workflow diagrams, Reference guides, User manuals.

Candidate must possess at least one currently active Salesforce certification.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $40.00 - $40.00 per hour
