CAI is seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Service Desk Analyst (English/Turkish) to provide Level 1 technical support and outstanding customer service to associates and vendors. The role is remote, with weekday hours from 12:30am to 4:30am EST.
The ideal candidate has 6–12 months in a service desk or technical support role and 6–12 months of customer service experience, plus fluent English and Turkish. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills are required.
