Senior Data Center Technician – Copper; Fully Remote

• This is a hands-on data center infrastructure role focused on copper cabling, physical-layer deployment, and technical remediation.
• You will support enterprise, colocation, hyperscale, AI/HPC, and operational data center environments across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, route, dress, label, and connect copper cabling while ensuring correct source, destination, port assignment, and bend radius.
• Perform rack-and-stack activities for servers, switches, storage, patch panels, and cable management in standard and high-density cabinets.
• Provide smart-hands support, replace damaged components, and maintain accurate installation records.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in data center operations, structured cabling, or network deployment.
• Strong understanding of cable routing, dressing, labeling, and physical-layer quality.
• Willingness to travel 75%–90% nationwide and work flexible shifts.
