- This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role managing paid acquisition performance for Asia and Australia markets.
- You will join a team of regional specialists accountable for campaign performance and budget efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC, Display, You Tube) campaigns, with potential to extend into paid social.
- Manage budget pacing, reallocation, and deliver against ROAS and CPA targets.
- Run structured A/B tests and maintain weekly reporting on spend, revenue, and KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on PPC management in fintech, trading, or regulated financial services.
- Deep Google Ads experience and analytical fluency in performance dashboards.
- Comfort operating across multiple markets, currencies, and compliance regimes.
