Network Operations Center; NOC) Analyst

Our client is seeking a vigilant and skilled Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to join their fully remote operations team. In this crucial role, you will be the first line of defense in monitoring and managing our client's critical network infrastructure, ensuring seamless service delivery and rapid response to any incidents. • Monitor network performance, availability, and security using advanced NOC monitoring tools and platforms.
• Respond promptly to network alerts and incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and diagnosis to determine root causes.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or relevant teams, providing detailed information and tracking resolution progress.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on network devices and systems to ensure operational stability.
• Document all network events, actions taken, and resolutions in the incident management system.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and, when necessary, external parties regarding network status and impact.

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar IT support role.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, PRTG) and basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience with incident management and ticketing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
