Join FSET Inc as a Support Analyst in Red Lake, Ontario, working primarily from home. Engage with clients through troubleshooting, documentation, and network diagnosis.

As a permanent, full-time Support Analyst, your key role involves resolving client requests and network faults while adhering to FSET's high standards of security. You will take on various tasks such as managing Microsoft 365 for clients, supporting devices, and ensuring documentation is accurate. The ability to work independently onsite in community settings is essential for this position since you're often the sole FSET representative in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take client requests via multiple channels and resolve issues

• Troubleshoot network faults end to end and handle carrier tickets

• Administer Microsoft 365 for managed clients effectively

• Deploy Windows devices, VoIP handsets, and network equipment

• Maintain current documentation for tickets, clients, and sites

Requirements:

• 2+ years IT support experience in a multi-client environment

• Hands-on TCP/IP troubleshooting skills

• Live in or relocate to Red Lake with valid driver’s license

• Fluent in English with clear criminal record check

• Eligibility for law enforcement security screening
