Enterprise Support Engineer; Fully Remote

• Work directly with dedicated enterprise customers to anticipate, identify, and address technical concerns.
• Perform quarterly health checks, troubleshoot using packet capture and analysis, and set up test environments.
• Open support tickets with Engineering, escalate issues, and validate upgrades during maintenance windows.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience with DNS, DHCP, Linux, and common protocols like FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, and syslog.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, tenacious self-starter attitude with a passion for constant improvement.
