- Lead and develop a team supporting GDS administration, automation, and operational technology services.
- Manage queues, agent profiles, PCCs, and serve as primary escalation point for complex GDS issues.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years supporting GDS environments in a TMC or corporate travel organization.
- Hands-on experience with GDS scripting, automation, and configuration tools.
- U.S. salary range: $72,642-$108,963 per year.
