- Handle Level 2 support calls and cases, guiding enterprise admins and partner teams from triage to resolution.
- Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and policy issues on a Zero Trust Workspace platform.
- Reproduce complex bugs and collaborate with engineering and implementation partners.
About you:
- Solid experience in Level 2 technical support or support engineering for enterprise B2B software, ideally cybersecurity or networking.
- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), TLS, proxies, firewalls, VPNs).
- Hands-on experience with SSO, SAML, OIDC, MFA, and identity providers like Okta or Microsoft Entra .
- Remote, full-time role with fair market pay and a start-up culture.
