Sr. Analytics Engineer; Fully Remote

Role Overview:

• The Analytics team is seeking an agile Healthcare Analytics Engineer to bridge complex raw healthcare data and strategic business operations.
• You will sit at the intersection of payer claims, EMR/clinical data, and operational feeds, transforming disparate sources into clean, centralized analytical datasets.

What You'll Do:

• Define and standardize core business metrics across operational domains, including practice operations, provider utilization, clinical quality measures, and VBC performance tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical logic.
• Conduct automated data validation, quality assurance testing, and performance tuning on data warehouse queries and transformation jobs.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Business Intelligence within a provider group, health system, payer, or healthcare technology environment.
• Advanced SQL skills with expert-level ability in complex queries, multi-table JOINs, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with modern analytics engineering tools like dbt, Python/Pandas, Git, and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, MS SQL Server, Big Query).
