Helpdesk Analyst

Our client is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT support team in Bloemfontein. This role is crucial for providing first and second-level technical support to internal staff, ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues, maintaining system performance, and enhancing user productivity. • Respond to and resolve IT support tickets submitted by employees.
