Remote Senior Project Manager - SaaS

Our client is looking for a highly experienced and self-motivated Remote Senior Project Manager to lead key software development initiatives within their dynamic SaaS (Software as a Service) company. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex software projects on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of agile methodologies, and the ability to effectively manage distributed teams. You will play a critical role in driving product innovation and ensuring the successful deployment of cutting-edge SaaS solutions, fostering a collaborative and high-performance remote work culture.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex SaaS product development projects from initiation to launch.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team communication and collaboration.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing contingency plans as needed.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and provide regular, clear status reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on SaaS product development .
• Proven experience leading remote and distributed teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on virtual collaboration.
• Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
