• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear, concise instructions.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to senior support staff or relevant engineering teams.
• Document technical problems and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and FAQs.

• Demonstrable experience in a technical support role, preferably in IT.
• Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), common software applications, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience with helpdesk software and remote support tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
