• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding telecom services and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to internet connectivity, voice services, and mobile devices.
• Guide customers through setup and configuration processes for new equipment and services.
• Document all support interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate senior technicians or departments according to established procedures.
• Assist in testing new telecom products and services before public release.

• A relevant post-matric qualification or certification in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications principles, networking concepts (TCP/IP), and common hardware.
• Excellent customer service skills and a patient, helpful demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
