You will be the key support for commercial and residential HVAC solutions, utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and SAP for troubleshooting and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for Viessmann HVAC products
• Collaborate with contractors on troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Document all customer interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Assist in seminars, webinars, and hands-on product training
• Report product service issues to Product Engineering
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in technical troubleshooting or customer service
• 1+ years of HVAC industry experience
• Proficient with Salesforce and SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
