To succeed, you'll bring a blend of technical capability, commercial awareness, and stakeholder influence:
Strong experience as an Analyst, ideally in a big data environment . Expertise in SQL (analytical SQL required) and familiarity with tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, R, or similar programming languages. Exposure to dbt or modern data transformation frameworks would be highly desirable. Proven ability to solve both quantitative and qualitative problems with creativity and rigour. Excellent communication skills - you can turn complex data into compelling stories that influence decision-making.

Case Study Task - A short data analysis exercise for shortlisted candidates.

Interviews (1-2 stages) - Scenario-based, technical, and behavioural interviews, including a discussion of your case study. We'll be looking not just at technical expertise, but how you deliver insight, explain the 'why' behind the data, and use data storytelling techniques to drive action.
