We require ten Scrum Masters to lead and mentor cross-functional teams on various projects within the Government of Alberta. You'll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of collaboration, leveraging generative AI to enhance team performance, and guiding the integration of agile methodologies. Your expertise in agile ceremonies and strategic planning will ensure project goals are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach teams in agile practices and methodologies
• Facilitate key agile ceremonies and planning sessions
• Remove roadblocks impacting team performance
• Report on delivery metrics and project progress
• Foster AI-enhanced routines for improved workflows
Requirements:
• Valid professional Scrum Master certification
• 2+ years experience in agile coaching
• 3+ years leading agile initiatives
• Familiarity with AI tools for project management
• Extensive experience in agile environments
