Pay Range: $19.00- $21.00/hour CAD dependent upon qualifications and experience

• Be organized and have the ability to accurately track all components both incoming and outgoing
• Open and manage trouble ticket system for all requests
• Be familiar with safe packing procedures and various shipping methods
• Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.
• Address and solve technical problems in a timely manner and complete all work assignments within expected time frames.
• Adhere to all work schedule assignments.
• Abide by and support management directives and adhere to all Teleperformance policies
