Our client is seeking a sharp and insightful Blockchain Business Analyst to join their team in East London . In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the Crypto & Blockchain sector. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, defining project scope, and ensuring that blockchain solutions align with strategic objectives. This position is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of business processes and a growing knowledge of blockchain technologies, looking to contribute to innovative projects with a mix of office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for blockchain-based projects.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Map current and future state business processes related to blockchain implementation.
- Assist in the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to the strategic analysis of market opportunities within the Crypto & Blockchain space.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to blockchain technology or cryptocurrency projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts, use cases, and their potential business impact.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
